RCK members will recall that last year a ration drive was conducted during Ramzan at the Hub Cadet College. Following up from this, a Ration Distribution activity was organized this year as well, on Sunday, March 15, corresponding to 26th Ramzan.
The activity was well very organized and executed by our member Rtn. Amena Khan, in association with Relief & Hope for All (formerly the Robin Hood Army), a humanitarian project of the Maimar-e-Mustaqbil Trust, and Khana Ghar in Khuda ki Basti. Khana Ghar is being run by Parveen Saeed, who is a recognized and well-respect social worker, and a recipient of Pride of Performance Award from the President of Pakistan.
The activity took place at Khana Ghar and more than 450 ration boxes were distributed. RCK President Naila Masood and Executive Secretary Shahzad Ahsan also participated.
